The deadline for LATE registration is December 18, 2009.

Registration is transferable with written authorization. You must make your cancellations in writing. Post your cancellation request before the cancellation deadline of 18.00 HRS U.S. Eastern Standard Time, December 18, 2009, to get cancellation credit. Cancellations made after December 18, 2009, as well as no shows will be liable to full registration fee.

Written permission of the registrant will be required to transfer registration to another person. Emailed communication will suffice. You will be responsible for sending a copy of the email of transfer to the Conference Registrar before the conference and bringing a copy of the email to the registration desk onsite.
