 (Revised and updated July 17, 2009) KDNC takes enormous pride and care in the creation of its enterprises, achieving the very best standards at every stage - from the selection of the governing council and the design of the co-creation workshops, to the strategic partnerships and collaborations to ensure success. Over 1000 participants and interested parties are in collaboration with KDNC. These relationships bring years of experience and passion to the enterprise development and investment selection process ensuring the best and most consistent returns and starting point for new enterprises. To maintain its phenomenon quality, KDNC only uses best-in-class minds and these are only ever chosen from the finest individuals. The double evaluation process for recruitment into the governing councils is specific to KDNC, and takes place through a rite of passage. The passage from the first evaluation of the individual as a member of KDNC, leads to a second evaluation by the KDNC High Council. This evaluation is in the domain of the Office of the Vice President. The Office of the Vice President must then determine whether the individual can serve in the High Council, or can serve in Enterprise Governing Council, or can continue to serve as an ordinary member. Only the finest qualify to join the High Council. In line with the KDNC regulations, Members of the High Council must give substantive contributions to the organization’s work for at least 10 months of each year. KDNC only uses formal designs for organization development, and enterprise creation workshops. The KDNC Co-Creation Workshops are uniquely designed using the best resources available. This is to ensure better control of the quality and complexity of the enterprises created. KDNC only ever uses scientific methods in its operations. These methods are preferred by businesses worldwide because the clear and sound science add superb complexity and finesse to the enterprise design process. The KDNC Co-Creation Workshop Facilitator personally inspects, and ensures the smooth flow of every step of the co-creation process: from the stage of envisioning the future, that brings out the big dream, through the stage of defining the current reality, and the creative tension, to determining the structural conflict between the creative tension, and the resolution of structural conflict. These magnificent steps, obtained from leading schools of enterprise design, are carefully cultivated and tended to ensure sustainability. The KDNC challenge is to ensure consistency year after year, a difficult task because each year brings different challenges, different opportunities, and a different caliber of people. The role of the Facilitator is to ensure this consistency and to construct only the most effective workshops. |
